SEO and AI search

Be found on Google and in ChatGPT

Do customers find you when they search on Google or ask ChatGPT? With SEO and AI search, we make your website ready and accurate, so search engines and AI can read it and describe you correctly. For example, AI assistants can then tell customers what you do. No tricks and no promises about rankings. The first review is free.

What it is and how it works

Being found today means two things: appearing on Google, and ChatGPT and other AI tools describing you correctly when a customer asks. SEO, AEO and GEO are three related kinds of work that make that happen. All three depend on clear text, a sound structure and correct facts.

SEO, search engine optimisation, makes sure Google can find your pages, understand what they are about and rank them for the searches your customers make. It rests on things a visitor never sees directly, such as how a page is built and how clearly it states what it covers.

AEO, answer engine optimisation, prepares your content for tools that give one direct answer instead of a list of links, such as a voice assistant or a short answer above the search results. They favour pages that answer one question clearly and early, so the tool can quote the answer without the rest of the page.

GEO, generative engine optimisation, does the same for AI tools such as ChatGPT that write their own answer from several sources at once. Becoming one of those sources takes the same as AEO: a clear structure, accurate facts and a page that software can read easily.

None of the three works by tricks. They rest on the same foundation: a website that states clearly what you do, is built so a machine can follow it, and never claims anything that is not true.

Where it fits

  • Manufacturing

Describes what you make and which jobs you take on, so buyers searching for a supplier can find you.

  • Trades and construction

Describes each service and area precisely, so local searches can match the right jobs.

  • Property management

Makes contact details, opening hours and the properties you manage easy for AI assistants to read, so they can answer tenants correctly.

  • Accounting and bookkeeping

Publishes clear answers to clients’ common questions, so search engines and AI can cite the firm.

How you get started

We always work in the same five steps. Here is what they mean for SEO and AI search:

  1. We look at your daily work We check how search and AI tools describe your company, and what your customers ask before buying.
  2. We build the first solution We rework one page or question with you and see how search and AI tools respond.
  3. We put it to work for you We fix the technical side of your website and give you a fixed recipe for new pages.
  4. We build on what works We extend the work to more pages step by step, based on what the first changes showed.
  5. We look after it We follow how search and AI tools present you, and adjust content when they change.

What it gives your company

When a page states clearly what you do and answers the questions customers actually ask, you no longer depend on people searching for your name. A customer who only knows their own problem can still find you.

The same clarity helps AI tools describe you correctly rather than vaguely or wrongly. That matters more as more people ask an AI tool instead of searching themselves. A page an AI tool cannot read clearly is one it cannot describe accurately either.

The work lasts: a page that is written clearly and built well keeps working for search and AI tools long after it is published. It does not need redoing from scratch every time a tool changes.

Why Lynggaard Jardim

We only write what is true about your company, never something that sounds better than the facts allow. Lynggaard Jardim is run by its two founders: Alexander across operations and finance, Victor across development and IT.

We are based in Copenhagen, work across Denmark and do not promise a specific ranking or a fixed place in an AI answer, because no one honestly can. What we do promise is a website that states your company’s own facts clearly enough for both a search engine and an AI tool to read and repeat correctly.

Your data

As far as possible, your data stays with you, so we have no access to it. When it is necessary, we sign a data processing agreement.

An AI agent gets access only to the programs we have agreed with you in advance. Everything it does is written down, so you can see it afterwards. For the most important tasks, it stops and waits until a person has approved it.

The solutions themselves run in the EU, and we never publish your data. Which AI works in the solution depends on the setup. Wherever possible it runs on your own account, for example your own ChatGPT, and then your own terms apply. If you would rather use ours, it runs on our agreement, and then your data is not used to train AI. We follow the rules and your own requirements for data.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost to be found on Google and in AI search?

The first review is free. The first solution costs from 15,000 DKK excl. VAT at a fixed price, and you pay the second half once you have approved it. After that, operations cost from 2,500 DKK a month excl. VAT. The fixed price is in the quote, once we have seen the task. The price depends mostly on how many pages have to be reworked, and how much of the technical side of your website needs correcting.

What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEO helps a search engine find, read and rank your pages. AEO prepares content so a tool that gives one direct answer, such as a voice assistant, can quote it. GEO does the same for AI tools that write an answer drawn from several sources at once.

Can you promise that we will appear in an AI answer?

No, and nobody honestly can promise that. What this work can do is make your pages clear and correctly structured enough that a search engine or an AI tool is able to find, read and describe your company accurately.

Do you change what our pages say?

Sometimes, yes: a page may need to state an answer more directly, or use headings that match how a customer actually asks the question, rather than internal wording only your own team would recognise.

How is this different from writing a page and just publishing it?

A page can be true and still be structured in a way that a search engine or an AI tool struggles to read correctly. This work checks that structure and the way facts are stated, not only whether the words on the page are accurate.

Do we need to keep doing this after the first pages are reworked?

Search engines and AI tools keep changing how they read and present pages, so we follow how your company is presented afterwards and adjust the content again if that changes, rather than treating the work as finished once the first pages are reworked.
