Fake emails and text messages
Fraudsters sometimes send emails or text messages that pretend to come from a company or the people who work there, often from an address that looks almost the same as the real one.
We send email only from addresses ending in @lynggaardjardim.dk. An email from any other address that claims to be from us is not from us.
Bank details and payments
We never ask you by email or text message to pay to a new or changed bank account.
If you get a message like that, do not pay. Contact us first.
If you are in doubt
Do not click links, open attachments or reply to a message you are unsure about, and do not use the contact details it gives.
Write a new email to kontakt@lynggaardjardim.dk and ask us whether the message is real.
Tell us about it
If you have received an email that pretends to be from us, send it to us as an attachment rather than forwarding it. An attachment keeps the details that show where the email really came from.
