Custom software
A program built for the way you work
Does the standard program not fit, so you live in spreadsheets next to it? We build custom software for the way you work, with orders, machines and stock in one place, for example. It runs on a server in your name, so you own it, code included, and can have someone else run it if you stop working with us.

What it is and how it works
Custom software is an application built for one company: the screens your people work in, and everything behind them that stores the data and keeps it online. It suits a process a standard product was never built to fit. The system follows how your company works, not the reverse.
A standard product asks your company to describe its process in whatever categories the product already offers, and to work around the gap where your process does not fit. Custom software starts from the other direction: the process comes first, and every layer of the system is built to carry it, rather than a category it must be squeezed into.
We build all four layers: the interface people look at and click through, the server that carries out what a click or a submitted form is meant to do, the database that stores the records so they are still there tomorrow, and the hosting that keeps all of it reachable and running without your team having to think about it.
Built this way, the system can also connect directly to whatever else your company already runs, because nothing about its shape was fixed by a vendor before your process existed to it. Where a step benefits from AI, such as reading a document or sorting a request, that sits inside the same system rather than as a separate tool bolted on beside it.
Where it fits
Property management
Gives tenants one place to report faults, sign documents and follow the status of each case.
Manufacturing
Shows orders, machine capacity and material stock in one planning tool built for the factory.
Training providers
Handles course bookings, attendance and certificates in one system built around how the courses run.
How you get started
We always work in the same five steps. Here is what they mean for custom software:
We look at your daily work We map the processes the software must support, the people who will use it and the data it holds.
We build the first solution We build one core function with you, small enough to change and complete enough to use.
We put it to work for you We put it live on a server in your name, connect it to your existing systems and move part of your team’s daily work onto it.
We build on what works We add functions step by step, each planned from how people use the previous version.
We look after it We maintain it on your own hosting, install security updates, fix faults and keep developing the software with you.
What it gives your company
A system built around your process removes the daily cost of working around a standard product’s gaps: the workaround someone invented because the product had no field for what the business actually needed, the second spreadsheet that exists only to hold what the product could not, the step done outside the system because the system does not know it exists.
Hosting held in your own name means the application is something you own, not a subscription that stops the moment a bill goes unpaid or a vendor changes its terms. What was built for you stays yours to keep running, extend, or move, on your own schedule rather than someone else’s.
Because the system already reflects how your company actually works, teaching someone new to use it takes less explaining than fitting them into a generic product built for a different kind of business. The system already speaks in your company’s own terms, not a vendor’s.
Why Lynggaard Jardim
Two founders run Lynggaard Jardim: Alexander across operations and finance, Victor across development and IT. Building every layer of an application for one company needs exactly that pairing, a clear view of what the business needs it to do, and the depth to build and keep every layer of it running.
We are based in Copenhagen, work across Denmark and build the whole system ourselves, on hosting in your own name, with AI only where it genuinely helps a step along. Nothing in the system is a ready-made product we adapted for you; it was built for your company from its first line.
Your data
As far as possible, your data stays with you, so we have no access to it. When it is necessary, we sign a data processing agreement.
An AI agent gets access only to the programs we have agreed with you in advance. Everything it does is written down, so you can see it afterwards. For the most important tasks, it stops and waits until a person has approved it.
The solutions themselves run in the EU, and we never publish your data. Which AI works in the solution depends on the setup. Wherever possible it runs on your own account, for example your own ChatGPT, and then your own terms apply. If you would rather use ours, it runs on our agreement, and then your data is not used to train AI. We follow the rules and your own requirements for data.
