Where we come from

We don’t come from the IT industry. We come from the shop floor and from operations, and we taught ourselves AI. Since late 2022 we have built solutions for our own working day, long before we built them for anyone else.

It started with the work we did ourselves. Numbers that had to be moved from one system to another before anyone could follow up. Orders and confirmations written by hand every day. Information kept in five different places, so no one had the full picture. Tasks that should take a minute and took hours. And that time should have gone to the staff.

What you can hold us to

• Eye level. We start with the employees who do the task, not in a meeting room.
• No surprises. You know what it costs, and what it can’t do, before you say yes.
• It’s yours. You own what we build, and you can always see what is where. No solution that only works as long as we’re around.

How we work

• We start with one task, not the whole business.
• We agree in advance how we’ll measure whether it got easier.
• Where it makes sense, we build on top of what you already work in. If something is missing entirely, we build it.
• If the task can be solved with a setting in something you already pay for, we tell you.
