A new company with firm promises
- We started Lynggaard Jardim in 2026 because we have spent hours ourselves on tasks that should take a minute. We come from operations, not from the IT industry, and since late 2022 we have built solutions for our own daily work.
No surprises
You know what it costs, and what it can’t do, before you say yes. You pay the second half only once you have approved the solution.
It’s yours
You own what we build, code included, and you can always see what is where. It keeps working if you stop working with us, and you can have someone else run it.
We tell you if you don’t need us
If the task can be solved with a setting in something you already pay for, or without AI at all, we tell you.
Your data
As far as possible, your data stays with you, so we have no access to it. When it is necessary, we sign a data processing agreement.
An AI agent gets access only to the programs we have agreed with you in advance. Everything it does is written down, so you can see it afterwards. For the most important tasks, it stops and waits until a person has approved it.
The solutions themselves run in the EU, and we never publish your data. Which AI works in the solution depends on the setup. Wherever possible it runs on your own account, for example your own ChatGPT, and then your own terms apply. If you would rather use ours, it runs on our agreement, and then your data is not used to train AI. We follow the rules and your own requirements for data.

How does a project start?

In the first meeting we agree on what success means for the solution and which of your employees we should talk to, so the solution helps the people whose work it changes. We ask how a workday looks today, how long the task usually takes, and what would save you time and money. Before we start on the first solution, the formalities are in place and we have the access we need. What that covers differs from project to project.

How long does it take?
It depends on the task. A simple automation can take a week, once we have an overview of the systems it has to work with. Other tasks take longer.
Do we need AI?
Not necessarily. Many tasks are solved with fixed rules and no AI at all. We use AI only where something has to be read and understood, such as an email or a scanned document.
